The Workspace: COVID-19 Response

CHALLENGE:

The Workspace offers co-working and serviced office facilities with 11 branches across Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal. Following the closure of businesses in South Africa following the national lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Workspace required extensive internal communications support for both their staff and clients. The reopening of businesses under Lockdown Level 3 presented numerous additional collateral and communications challenges – for which The Workspace lacked internal support.

THE OXIGEN SOLUTION:

  • Regular emailers for both staff and clients were written and designed on behalf of The Workspace.
  • To ensure that lack of hygiene and safety compliance posed no threat to The Workspace’s operational continuity, Oxigen wrote and designed a custom hygiene and prevention protocol handbook guiding all new processes at The Workspace premises across South Africa.
