The Workspace offers co-working and serviced office facilities with 11 branches across Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal. Following the closure of businesses in South Africa following the national lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Workspace required extensive internal communications support for both their staff and clients. The reopening of businesses under Lockdown Level 3 presented numerous additional collateral and communications challenges – for which The Workspace lacked internal support.
THE OXIGEN SOLUTION:
Regular emailers for both staff and clients were written and designed on behalf of The Workspace.
To ensure that lack of hygiene and safety compliance posed no threat to The Workspace’s operational continuity, Oxigen wrote and designed a custom hygiene and prevention protocol handbook guiding all new processes at The Workspace premises across South Africa.
