The South African Schools Hockey Association (SASHOC) announced an exciting new partnership with Grays South Africa for the next 18 months.
The association with the premier hockey equipment and apparel hockey brand will further assist SASHOC in fulfilling its mandate of developing the sport from grassroots through youth and junior levels.
In terms of the agreement, Grays South Africa will be the official provider of gum guards, hockey balls and kits to the umpires at the junior interprovincial tournaments over the next year-and-a-half.
In addition, the SASHOC community stands a chance to win the monthly R1 000 that they can use on the Grays Hockey website. Two Grays vouchers to the value of R1 000 have been allocated per age group at SASHOC interprovincial competitions as well.
“Strong corporate support is the lifeblood of sport in South Africa, and we are delighted that Grays has partnered with SASHOC to help build and grow the sport,” said SASHOC’s chairperson Wendell Domingo.
“Grays has a rich history in South African hockey and hopes to foment a strong and successful relationship over the next 18 months and beyond.”
Grays will be the official hockey ball supplier to SASHOC and will ensure our rising young stars get to hone their skills using quality equipment, while the gum guards will ensure their safety and allow them to live out their love for the game with unbridled passion.
